GPS Tournament Scoring
Your tournament can have a real-time leaderboard for your group and at the touch of a button, give you first to last place finishes and calculate your skins game all at no charge. We will need the names and pairings of your group 4 days in advance.
NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO OUTING!!!

Hole Sponsors on the GPS
We will put all of the hole sponsors on the GPS for your outing saving you money and time of buying signs by providing us a list with your golfers names all at no charge. The sponsor will appear on the GPS when you enter the score for that hole. We recommend that you purchase a banner to hang at registration and then at dinner with all the sponsors.

Beverage Carts
We will provide your golf outing with a cash beverage cart selling refreshments and snacks at standard price at no charge to the outing. You may have the beverage cart(s) keep a tab for your outing for a flat fee of $85 per cart and $45 per case domestic, $55 per case imports, & $30 per case plastics including pop, water, and PowerAde. This includes tickets.

Beverage Stations
Three (3) Beverage stations (coolers with ice) will be located between holes 2&17, 6&15, 8&12 for a flat fee of $85. Beverages will be stocked and replenished at a cost of $45 per case domestic, $55 per case import and $30 per case plastic including, pop, water and PowerAde. Tables and chairs will be provided for all three (3) stations if requested.

$175 / 3 ½ gallons of Margaritas or Hurricanes including cups, ice, and garnish.  Serves 50+

Full Bar For Banquet Room
We can set up a full bar for your outing in the banquet room. A flat fee of $50 per bartender and cocktail waitress will apply per 80 guests. You can chose from either a cash bar or a tabbed bar according to your budget. The “Birdie” selections will run $3.50 / drink and “Eagle” selections will run $4.50 / drink.
