Golf Outing Package 2012

"Home of the hassle free golf outing."

Thank you for considering Coppertop at Cherokee Hills as an option for your golf outing. We have one simple package, which can be modified to accommodate all of your golfing and dining needs. We offer morning tee times during the week and both morning and afternoon tee times on the weekend. All morning outings have a wonderful breakfast buffet (with a minimum of 40 golfers) or a classy deluxe continental breakfast served 45 minutes before tee time. Afternoon outings will have a bagged lunch prior to their tee time or at the turn including a ham and turkey wrap, bag of chips, snack, and a beer or soda. All outings will follow with dinner, draught beer, fountain soda, and coffee. Standard gratuity is included.

Weekday shotguns starting between 7:00 & 8:00 AM are at no additional charge. If under 100 golfers a $2.00 PP charge will be applied. At 8:30 AM add $3 PP, 9 AM add $4 PP, 9:30 AM add $5 PP and 10 AM add $6 PP. All weekday shotguns must pay for a minimum of 100 golfers.

Smaller groups (minimum 24 golfers) that can be combined will each earn additional discounts.

Weekday modified shotguns of 60-96 golfers at 7:30 AM add $2 PP, at 8:30 AM add $4 per person , at 9:30 AM add $5 PP.

Weekend shotguns starts are on Saturdays at 7:30 AM & 2:00 PM or Sundays at 2 PM every June, July & August. All weekend shotguns must pay for a minimum of 128 golfers. 
Smaller groups (minimum 40 golfers) that can be combined will each earn additional discounts.

Location For Your Function

Coppertop at Cherokee Hills has a wonderful facility including an enclosed upstairs veranda seating up to 100 (with the loft available for overflow of an additional 50) and a luxurious banquet room seating up to 250 for your special outing, both in a temperature-controlled atmosphere overlooking our scenic golf course. All dinners will be served on china with silverware. Outings taking place in the banquet room will have their tables covered with a linen tablecloth, linen napkins for silverware, and a centerpiece to ensure fine dining for only an additional $5 PP. Outings of 59 or less may be seated in the dinning room, loft, or on the outdoor patio.

• To make your outing more economically fit for your needs, you may deduct $5.00 for eliminating breakfast or lunch.  Beer may be eliminated for $2.00.

• Payment in full on or before the day of the outing with cash or check will receive a 2% discount on the total of the check.

• Any payment after the day of the outing will be assessed a 2% fee of the unpaid balance per month.
